4. Employer Responsibility

OnCall Builder is a business scheduling platform primarily used by employers and organizations. Account owners and administrators are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from team members before adding their contact information to the platform
• Ensuring compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws
• Managing notification settings for their teams

We process team member information solely to provide the scheduling and notification functionality of the Service.

5. Minors

The Service may be used by individuals under the age of 18 where permitted by applicable employment laws (such as apprentices or part-time employees). If a user is under 18, use of the Service must be authorized by their employer or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
